You may try a connection via cable to the device first, to test if the speaker works.
If this is working:

Does the speaker show up at the list of bt connections of the device you are trying to connect to?
If so, delete the speaker at the bt list of your device and reconnect the speaker.

Not in the Bluetooth menu

Connect it!
If it doesnt connect to the device you want to, try another device.
If this works with other devices do a reset of the speaker.

Have you tried other bt speakers to connect with that device?

@Saad_Gomaa Have you tried pressing the BT button for 2s to force it into BT pair mode, this should then allow you to select it on the BT menu of your device?

I take it you are getting audio from the speaker when using AUX connection as recommended by @Chiquinho ?

Remember to connect a bt device to your phone, your phone MUST be in discover mode, or it can’t connect.

When you turn on a bt device it looks to connect, especially when new.

Go to settings, connections, Bluetooth… on your phone (alternative… Flxik down from the top of your phone, press n hold the bt button).

Turn on bt
Turn on discover and search.
Find the required bt device, and click n accept.
