My Soundcore Pro normally connects via bluetooh, however, the bluetooth light does not stop blinking, when it should be on solid after connecting to the bluetooth device. The songs play normally, but after a few minutes the speaker is automatically turned off. It seems that the speaker does not recognize that it is connected to a bluetooth device (although it is) and activates the auto power off system after a few minutes. Due to this problem I have to turn the speaker on again every 10 minutes, which causes a lot of inconvenience. Has anyone had this problem, managed to solve?

What OS are you using?
First try to remove all the bt connections on your device and restart a connection of the speaker with the device.
Next step would be a reset of the speaker.
Or better, do both.

In the manual does not say.
I dont own that speaker
Normally pressing the power and bt button for a few seconds.
You should do a search here at the forum.

Shame you’re having problems.
You can do a soft reset by holding the power button for 4-5 seconds.
A hard reset can be done by holding the power and bass button for 4-5 seconds.

Think there was another model to use the bt-button!
