My new liberty air 2 will not work in my Samsung Tab A! Nothing works 
takes me to turn on Blu tooth connection only! Contact the company but no replies! Want refund!!!

Did you download the Soundcore app to the device and attempt to connect it through there?
Also make sure the bluetooth device is put in discovery mode, usually by pressing and holding the power button.
