System down can not connect to home base?

Dear EufyCameras are down and I cannot connect to the home base to make changes and from memory it says failed request503? I see there are many other people experiencing the same problem and I too had no idea that your system is reliant on your servers, this is completely unacceptable please advise a fix ASAP

I have installed a number of your cameras for family and none of them are working either in Australia; i am now I’m starting to have doubts About your product?

the Eufy equipment I have and that of my family is less than 12 months old, and the store I purchased it from provide a full refund within 12 months. If this error is not fixed ASAP I will take down every installation I have done and return it for a refund thank you for your assistance

I have only just bought mine…i might be taking them all down too. I didn’t want to join Ring or Blink,…but i might have to now.

I have the same problem . Can’t change from Home to away nor I can connect the cameras

I do think Anker you should be supplying some more information here, instead the answer seems to be from someone who does not seem to care and giving off a standard email.

A description of what the fault was and as full brief of what back you have done to stop this happening again.

Second this. When it comes to “security” products a thorough explanation of the issues and how they Have been addressed is a must. Please provide further details.

100% correct, a detailed exclamation from Eufy is way overdue and a must. Eufy should provide some information because I had no idea my cameras were dependent on the network to function.

Please note that the eufy APP relies on the server as an address book to find the HomeBase and locate the video, and the video data streams directly from HomeBase to the eufy security APP.

If you would like to know more, a simple test could help you understand. Once the App allocates the video and you start playing one of them, you may unplug the Internet cable of the router. This cuts your camera system from Internet. You will find your phone can still playback the next couple videos because the video is transmitted directly from HomeBase to the phone.
