Stuttering and Pairing Issues on Soundcore Anker Q30 Headphones

I’ve got a Mi Box S and always had some kind of pairing problems with the Soundcore Anker Q30 headphones.
They would rarely pair without restarting both the box and/or the headphones.
Today, after a lot of attempts I finally managed to pair the headphones.
But for the first time, I’m having a stutter problem on the headphones and even after restarting the stutter remains.

make sure that the headphones are not in any bt list of another device.
(eg. phone)

Hi, thanks for the reply.
The headphones aren’t on any more lists.
They are only connected to the box.
