Spirit X won't hold charge

Hi everyone. I’ve been using this spirit X for some eight months now but died after exercising with them on in the lockdown. They’re supposedly sweat proof but apparently not that much, cause after that they won’t charge, led stays red for hours and then charge only lasts some hours before dying again. A month later tried again and this time led turned blue, used them again in my exercise routine, verifying before everything was closed, but they again died after that and won’t charge.

I sweat quite a lot while exercising but this comes as a disappointment, as it’s stated like everywhere in the box that they’re sweat proof. Any ideas on what could I do? PS: I live and bought them in South America so customer service is not really and option, as I haven’t been able to found how to request the warranty here

Hi @Diego_Sanchez_Fandin and sorry to hear of your issues. Have you tried charging with a fresh cable to see if this improves charge issue? I use mine quite often for exercise (and have used them underwater also) with no issues at all.

We are sorry to hear your headphones are not working properly. According to the information you described, the issue you are experiencing is very unusual. Please try the following steps to see if it helps at all.

-Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the earbuds at least 24 hours no matter the indicator is on or off

  • Make sure the wall charger and cable used can work properly before testing it
