This promotion just popped up in my inbox. I like the color. But I don’t need another Powercore.

Why another 6 ft cable? Please make 1ft, or better yet 6 inch cable, to go along with the all the PowerCore batteries.

I do like the color matching, and even though I don’t need another lightning cable, if Anker does any of the iPhone 11 pastel-ish colors, I’d probably pick up the green.

The color is definitely cool! I’m afraid if I buy one, it will force me to buy a matching iPhone

be aware the Slim 10000 PD is only 18W.

Typed on an Android tablet using the 18W of my 10000 PD with my phone also charging off the 10W of the total 28W. The slim version can do less than the non-slim version. If you intend to charge only thing, not an issue.

very good point  thanks @professor

I think the colour looks smart, but personally not something I’d go for myself.

Wish they would release matching cables or chargers for the latest flagship phones. I know not everyone would buy them but they could release limited quantities

Depends how you choose to interact with your phone.

Personally I have 4 main phases:

  1. moving a lot, one-handed phone operation. This is my just with phone in hand.
  2. not moving, but not near power socket, I plug in my Powercore to top up phone for 1) above. This then gets me ready for 3).
  3. there is a power socket but not nearby, so I plug in the Powercore into the socket. In UK this is common, power sockets exist but usually hidden feet away.
  4. power socket nearby, plug in phone into socket.

So basically I need a charger which does both Powercore recharge and charge phone, a rapid recharging Powercore, and cables to do both Powercore and phone. For me on Android the ideal total solution is a Powercore 10000 PD and a Powerport Duo dual 18W USB-C.

Waiting on a UK version of the latter.

As for cables, I seem to be using a 3-in-1 and a USB-C to C as I have to recharge PD Powercore and my MicroB buds and my phone.

Which one do you have? Just yesterday I ordered a non-Anker 3 in 1 cable (there goes my chances for the next giveaways) and in case it doesn’t work as expected, I’d like some recommendations

Yeah I got an Anker 3-in-1 a few weeks ago, its in the car now. what I seem to be settling on is the dual IQ sockets, one to iphone and one to 3-in-1 as seems currently its an iphone + something else, I have Android USB-C but sometimes someone has an older Android microB or another iPhone.

I like to have on my person a “fix any problem” and have a non-Anker 3-1 1 inch long with an Powercore II 6700, but the cable is dodgy, I’d like Anker to make different length 3-1, like a 3".

If everyone could just move to USB-C asap it would make everything so much simpler.

Lol me too. Sometimes I have friends come over and ask if I have an iPhone cable since their phone is dying.
Maybe apple makes the full transition to USB-C in the next 2 years).
Anyway, if the cable I ordered doesn’t work, I’ll try Anker’s 3 in 1 cable :+1:
