Kindly I have SoundCore Sport XL and while I’m trying to charge it It doesn’t accepted the charge and I don’t know what is happen specially it was running smooth but only when the charge finished I can’t charge it again even by USB cable through my laptop, using cable adapter or even using cable through my power bank So please your support if you have any trouble shooting I have to do as I brought it from around 1 year more or less and it is still almost new thanks.
To be clear, you are using different cables?
If you have tried different cables, it looks like a warranty issue. Email service@soundcore.com, including your official distributor order details, serial number.
