Soundcore2 massive delay

i just got the soundcore2 bluetoothspeaker and noticed massive delay (1sec) of the sound that should be played. it is the same whether the input is bluetooth or aux in.
this makes this box pretty useless for me.
is there any trick to change that?

You should tell us more of the device you are and the music/video sources.
using bt a delay is normal, but with Aux/cable there should be no.

anything that i input with the cable is delayed (from iphone, ipad, musical instrument…).

you can hear it very good with the input of an instrument with a clear attack like this:

I would suggest reaching out to service@soundcore.com with the issue as a delay via aux cable is not normal (via BT a same level can be normal depending on codec).
