My SoundCore speaker connects via Bluetooth to my iPhone and my MacBook Air, however, nothing comes out! I have done all the typical, restarting of devices, deleting or forgetting the device on Bluetooth, etc. Nothing works. Should I just return and get a different brand or is there an actual fix?

If there is no sound, it should be defective!
Sorry to hear that! Does the speaker make any sound when you first turn it on? You should hear a beep or a “whoosh” sound.

If you bought it from Amazon less than 30 days ago, you could exchange it through them as well.
