Soundcore wireless earphones

Hi my sons anker soundcore earphones he bought a couple of months ago have started to crackle and make funny noises randomly. What does he need to do to get these repaired or replaced as I cant find anything on the website

Does the crackle / noise happen when paired to more than one device? Also have you tried a reset of the earphones?
