Incorrect passkey or pin. Can’t connect to Bluetooth even though it’s fully charged and right next to the phone.
Did you try to unpair it from you phone (delete from the list of paired devices). Press bluetooth button down on vortex for a few seconds (that should forget any pairing on vortex) and then reconnect/re-pair with your phone.
Several times. I plugged the aux cord in and then unplugged it. It works now, just couldn’t figure out what it meant. Cleared the list and everything. Said that it wasn’t showing up and then vise versa.
Glad it is working now. Sometimes hit and trial goes a long way
It was the first time that message had popped up. I already had a couple other Anker devices set for the Bluetooth and was wondering if there was a limit.
