I fear my favorite speaker might no longer be for this world as it is starting to fade. I would personally love something like this re-released to support usb-c and still have a subwoofer in the back. I hesitate to get a boom 2 plus because I’m just so in love with the sound from these tiny rugged things. Been pushing it since 2016 with hardcore techno, and feeling the bass pump the backside was grand. A boom 2 plus with a dedicated rear subwoofer would be perfect as well, but the sport xl was just the perfect size and the sound was decent. All it needed was killing that micro usb and swapping in a usbc.
