SoundCore Sport XL not staying charged

I fully charge the speaker and a couple days later if at that, it won’t stay on. I got it last summer. I want to ask on the forum to see if anyone else has this problem.

Sorry to hear the SoundCore Spot XL is giving you trouble and won’t stay charged. If you fully charge, does it stay on most of the day immediately afterwards? Or is the issue that it is losing power after a few days of being off? At any rate, feel free to reach out to support@anker.com for further assistance to see if a warranty replacement is needed.

I have the speaker off after charging and the power level diminishes

Your product should still within our warranty period, you can contact support@anker.com, my colleague will glad to help you.:innocent:

That’s definitely not normal behavior. Send it in for warranty repair.
