Soundcore Spirit X not charging

Hi

I bought my Soundcore Spirit X in June 2020

It has stopped charging.

I have tried 2 cables and 2 blocks and for 24 hrs

(Blue light) Doesnt come on, when plugged in there is flickering red light

Any advice?

Should i send back?

James you could take a look if there is some “debris” in the socket.
And you should contact the soundcore support.

Thanks for your message.
I checked port and no debris.
I tied a third lead and way of charging.
Still not working just red flickering light
I have also contacted Soundcore but no response yet…

If they are under warranty, soundcore will find a solution, I am sure about.
