Soundcore Space A40 + Samsung S24 Ultra Cuts

Hello!

I’ve been experiencing issues with my A40 earbuds since upgrading from a Samsung Note 10+ to a Samsung S24 Ultra. Initially, I faced sound cutouts while on firmware version 3.19. Despite unpairing and hard resetting the earbuds, the problem persisted. I then upgraded the firmware to 04.19, activated LDAC, and tinkered with various settings in Developer Options based on several recommendations online, but to no avail.

The earbuds perform well with other devices, including my old Note 10+, my wife’s S21 Ultra, and more. However, with the S24 Ultra, the sound either plays in one earbud or both, then cuts out and returns randomly. Additionally, it appears that the phone struggles to broadcast sound to the earbuds consistently, as the song or video often freezes or stutters when the issue occurs.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with the S24 Ultra or have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am having a similar issue. The audio starts well and then just sounds very low quality. It feels like the but rate is very very low

I continue to have the problem with my Space A40. I know others have dealt with glitching and stuttering, volume going down, sounding like it is pausing and unpausing every couple minutes, etc.

I followed all the Soundcore guidelines, troubleshooting, blah, blah, blah. Nothing worked. Even when there is zero interference around me, it still glitches.

When I last reached out to Soundcore, they seemed to tell me that they are incompatible with the Google Pixel 8. I don’t buy it. Because I have had 4 other soundcore devices work with my 2024 phone and they have had zero problems!

There must be something with these earbuds that causes them to not play nice with Pixel devices.
I have noticed others post on reddit about having problems with their soundcore buds and their Pixels 5, 6, 7, and 8

I’m wondering if there is something up with the “SPACE” line’s firmware or hardware.

Anyone else ever get to the bottom of these glitch, sutter, cutting issues?

Same issue with my A10, will not work properly with my S24 Ultra, Will not work at all with Kindle fire - does not see them to even pair.

I am having same issue when i connect my soundcore life p3 with s24 ultra the left earbud doesnot work and right one comes and goes. But my life p3 works great with other phones
