SoundCore Select dropping audio

I got my SoundCore Select for myself a few days ago and I’m having an issue where the audio will cut out but the source will keep playing the tracks with no audio.

It does this a couple time a minute with both bluetooth and an aux cable. The only way to start the audio again is to pause and then play again.

I tried the speaker on a different phone and got the same results.

Sounds like a possibly faulty unit, as you mentioned it is occurring on both BT and aux over multiple devices. Reach out to support@anker.com with your serial, purchase date and troubleshooting steps taken for assistance or replacement under your 18 month warranty.
