How do you turn on the strobe that’s located in the center. I’ve tried numerous ways, no success.

I assume that pressing the “light” button (or using the Soundcore app to change the lighting effect) doesn’t enable it? If the light doesn’t come on while music is playing, then it might need service. Please reach out to service@soundcore.com and they’ll be happy to help you!
