Soundcore Q20 purple light stays on after reset

Hello,
I have a q20 that is 3 months old and it stopped charging, so I did the factory reset. After the reset, the device still wasn’t charging, so I did another reset with the headphones plugged in, and now the purple light stays on and it still isn’t charging.

Do I have a bad unit? Is this normal after only 3 months of usage?

I’m having this same problem. I it was working just a little bit ago, and suddenly stopped connecting. I reset the headset, and now the purple light has come on, and I can’t get them to do anything else!

I reached out to customer service, and they replaced my headset.
