I often see them pop up on Amazon with good discounts.
The mini is really nice, very good quality feel to it and the bottom of it is super grippy.
Sound is good and clear and it is loud enough but it is not a party speaker, it is a mini version after all so it naturally has some limitations.
I was lucky with a 9.95 gbp Amazon deal and free shipping as a prime member so it was less than 13 euro delivered to my door

Great stuff, I’ve often toyed with the idea of getting one as I currently have the Boost 20w. It’s not heavy but you know you’ve got it in your backpack.
I do quite like the Flare series of speakers, I a sucker for flashing lights 
Amazon Prime is the ruin of me, I’ve bought so much stuff I don’t need because I can have it delivered the next day for free.
