Just picked these up from Amazon but I’m having issues already. First, when using just the right bud, it keeps stoping Spotify when the screen locks. I would need to constantly unlock my phone (Samsung S9+) to restart the track. Secondly, I can’t seem to connect just the left bud by itself. Does anyone have a fix for these issues?

This is an issue with spotify, instead of turning your phone screen on everytime it stops just press the play button on the earbud. Alternatively before turning your phone screen off go to the home page on your phone and then turn it off, this limits the amount of times it pauses. I went through this and that’s the recommendation spotify gave me.
To use the left earbud independently, please follow the steps below:
Take the left earbud from the charging case or press once to turn on the left earbud—the white indicator light will be flashing.
Then, quickly tap three times to enter pairing mode. The white indicator will flash slowly.
Search “Soundcore Liberty Neo L” and pair it with your phone.
Please keep the other side in the charging case or turning off while using one earbud separately
I tried the steps for left operation but it didnt take. The light just kept flashing the same rate.
Try holding down the button and turning it off fully. Put it into the case, and when you remove it long press to turn them on and keep holding it for a few more seconds and then try to press 3 times and it should go into pairing mode. Look at your phones bluetooth kits for neo L
