Hi @pedropa_ray and welcome to the community. Can you provide some more detail as to in what way is the speaker not working such as is it not detected by your phone, not successfully pairing or not outputting audio from BT or AUX?
Fixed, anker recommended me to reset the soundcore and now synchronizes perfectly
