Soundcore motion plus Bluetooth Issue

Bought Soundcore motion plus from flipkart on 30 Sep, 2020. I am facing an issue with Bluetooth connection. The Bluetooth disconnects multiple times on its own. White light also blinks on its own.

Any suggesstions?

It’s going to be down to either a bad connection at the client or the speaker so a process of elimination.

Using the Soundcore app on your phone, check for firmware updates. Ensure latest firmware first.

Then, Reset the speaker, I think its the volume up and the bluetooth buttons pressed together for 3 seconds does it.

Delete the pairing on the device(s) all of them.

Only pair with just 1 device (not multiple).

See if that solves the problem.

Does distance impact reliability, you could have electromagnetic interference from other devices, does it work less well with distance? If so not a lot can done to cure that.

If after reset, delete and repair, and keeping close, doesn’t solve the issue then likely the problem is with the speaker and initiate a warranty claim.
