soundcore motion+ bluetooth

When my pc is connected to speaker via bluetooh, my mobile phone bluetooth can not find the speaker. Is this normal? If not, how can i fix this?

I’m pretty sure it’s normal since speaker cannot be connected to two devices at once. However you can press/hold the bluetooth button on the speaker and it will disconnect from your pc. Then you can connect from your phone.

actually i manage to connect both at the same time. i press bluetooth icon while connected to pc and than connect with mobile and after that i connect from my pc. so now i am connected via bluetooth with both my pc and mobile :slight_smile:

Hi

Struggling to get the Motion Q to connect with a second device. It stills remembers and connects to the ist phone but it wont connect to a second device.

There was a second thread that been locked about this.

I can get the blue flashing light - it says paired but wont connect. Is there a second button to click ( or combination ) that allows the device to then go solid blue.

The Laptop does allow other devices to connect so assume its the motion rather than the laptop.
