soundcore motion+ Bluetooth problem and automatically turn off

Hello. I have a question

Press and hold the bluetooth button on the soundcore motion+, the LED turns blue, and select the soundcore motion+ on the device (iPhone or Amazon Echo Dot…).

It will then successfully connect, but soon the soundcore will automatically turn off and of course the connection will be broken.

I have tried to unregister the device and reset the soundcore itself (pressing and holding the bluetooth button and the + button for volume), but this does not help.

Is there a solution?

It could be a fault but have you tried the app and changing the auto poweroff time?

Is it turning off while playing sound?

I had similar issue. I did the reset and then only paired with just one device only and increase time and that eventually fixed the issue.

If you want it to stay on when not playing anything then keep USB power connected.

If you can’t make it work then contact support quoting order and serial number.
