Soundcore life Q20 volume button nor working when using AUX

Hi, i bought life q20 recently. I sometimes use Aux cable on mobile phone an laptop, sound quality is good but volume button not working in both device when wired…can someone give advice?

Use the volume controls on the laptop instead.

Obviously, as AUX is direct, the power is given from the laptop,so it is uncontrollable from headphones.
