Soundcore Life Q20 not charging

So i have had my Soundcore Life Q20 for a couple of weeks now, it suddenly stopped charging, im not talking about it not fully charging, it generallt wont charge, the led does not even turn red when i charge it, it wont turn on aswell, any answers or sollutions?

I think you should just contact Soundcore because it sounds like a faulty unit. Email at service@soundcore.com

Mine turns solid red, but doesn’t charge (no blinking), or connect. Has been replaced twice. Third set has the same issue, I’ve tried four sets of different chargers and cables that work fine on other devices.
