Soundcore life q10 not discoverable in windows 10

I just bought SoundCore life q10 headphone for my daily lengthy meetings and its discoverable and pairable with my phone but when I go into Add Bluetooth device the headphones are not discoverable hence cant pair. Can anyone guide me what should I do

Disconnect your phone so it’s discoverable to other devices.

If you can’t then turn phone bluetooth off.

If that doesn’t work then if devices are different bluetooth versions - often the case between Windoze and phones, simply turn headphones off then on when switching devices. So you’d turn turn phone bluetooth off, headphones off, Windows 10 bluetooth on, headphones on, connect.
