Make sure the headphones are fully charged.
Then try a connection via Aux cable.
If this works, I would do a reset…
You may search the forum for the “how to”.
I dont have those, sorry!

Try this: delete the bt list from your iphone and try a new connection.

How did you reset the Soundcore Life Q10?
Hope you followed the below, if not try and let us know.
- Plug into the power supply.
- Hold down the Power and Volume+ buttons for 5 seconds. You will see a red/blue light flash twice.
After reset, try to delete all pairing details on Laptop and iPhone.
Try to pair with one device at a time - iphone or Laptop
Do keep us posted. Also write to Soundcore Support
Turn the computer off and then back on
hey i bought soundcore life q10. I got a REAL BIG ISSUE, while i am using my headphone on platforms like MS TEAMS, GOOGLE MEET etc, for a meeting call, after sometime it stops giving the output audio(instead gives a low quirky audio sound) even though it shows connected.
PLEASE provide a SOLUTION.
