Hello, I am having problem with Soundcore Liberty Neo phone call. When I use only Left or Right side I am able to make phone call and the other party can hear me. If I use both left and right on stereo mode, the other party can’t hear me at all. Thanks in advance for any answer and help.

The product I purchased from Amazon - 2019 Upgraded, Anker Soundcore Liberty Neo True Wireless Earbuds. I already return it and choose to get the Creative Outlier Air. I like the Anker build quality but this time I gave up on it. Thanks for the quick reply.
