Soundcore Liberty Air only right earpiece works when connected to Teams and Google Hangouts

I have a weird issue when using my headphones on Mac. When I’m listening to music on Deezer, for instance, I can hear the sound fine on both earpieces (left and right), but when I’m either on MS Teams or Google Hangouts I can only hear the sound from the right earpiece.

Any ideas why this happens? I checked the settings but couldn’t see anything that would indicate that the sound should come only from one earpiece.

Weird. Don’t own Mac nor these buds but while you wait for better help, try resetting.

It feels like a mono Vs stereo issue where mono is right only not both so nose around for any mono stereo settings.
