Soundcore Liberty air earbuds are working only for one hour of using with fully charge

I have Soundcore Liberty air earbuds brand new just used for couple of weeks and the full charge of the earbuds is giving me only one hour of sound playing, I purchased this product because it is staying for almost 4 hours of playing I really started to feel like through my money on the toilet.

Does anyone have an idea what can be the solution?

If you are only getting short playback times from a completely full charge (I take it your certain they have fully charged and their is no obstruction of the charge contacts in the case or the buds?) it sounds like they might have a battery defect.

Would be advisable to reach out to support@anker.com or service@soundcore.com to log a support call under your warranty. Make sure you mention any troubleshooting steps taken and as much detail as to the issue you are having to speed up the resolution.

Thanks for your reply, once i’m opening the charging case the buds light is off and once I’m taking them out of the case while my mobile Bluetooth is on I can see on the mobile a message appears for seconds saying battery 100%, i feel also that the time it is taking for full charge is short, once i place the buds in the case after maybe 20 to 30 minutes it will be full charged even if it was empty, is that the normal time of recharge? I’m suspecting that it shows 100% charged but actually this is not the correct percentage. also if i returned back the buds to the case and left it there if i came after couple of days and connected it again it will show me 80% or 90% while it was already inside the case for days.

Charge time for the buds in the case is around 1hr I think, with a recharge of the case itself being around 2-3hrs.
