OK, so I just got the earbuds in the mail today, bought off of TobyDeals and was excited to unbox them and start using them but they are NEVER showing up in the bluetooth settings of ANY device. Tested on my phone, my brother’s s10, my macbook, and the earbuds don’t show up. The bluetooth on the earbuds just doesn’t work. I experimented with the touch controls too, holding down the touch areas and turning them on and off again. I’ll try to get a refund for this faulty device from tobydeals but i was hoping someone here could maybe show me the magic trick to get them to work. Thanks.

Hi @Ed_do are the earbuds fully charged (including removing the plastic covers from the contacts)? You could also try a reset of the earbuds using the following methods
