Soundcore liberty air battery only lasting 2 and a half hours and light isn't working fully

Hi everyone

I bought a paid of soundcore liberty airs last Christmas. The sound is crisp, the comfort is fine, the isolation great. But I have one problem with them, the battery life. Lasts me roughly 150 minutes, lower than the 5 hours advertised or even the 4 hours tested by rtings. This was on a pixel 3a on volume 15 (it goes up to 25 so that wasn’t loud) on spotify. The model is: A3902.

Is there anyway they can be fixed? Or is this a common issue. I’ve also noticed the light for the right earbuds only somewhat works.

Thank you for trying some torubleshooting already, it seems that the issue was unusual. Please try the following steps to see if it helps at all.

  • Fully charge the earbuds in the charging case and test the playtime again at an average volume. Note: after the earbuds are fully charged, the steady white light on the earbuds will shut off.
