Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Earbuds Don't Disconnect When Charging

I’ve only had these things for 2 months and today they stopped disconnecting from my devices when I charge them. I’ve cleaned the sensors and reset the earbuds. Would love help if yall have some

Are you sure the buds are going all the way down into the socket and lid closing? The Air 2 is case is very tight, the ear rubber pads may be resisting the pushing in fully?
