Soundcore Liberty air 2 - buds unsynced from each other (not the usual left doesn't work issue)

Hi,

My Soundcore Liberty 2 air buds have desynced from each other. They will now only reset indepedently of each other. I’ve tried resetting using button on bottom of case, and holding each of them for 7 seconds.

Only the left bud presents as an option to connect to my phone. (Normally you’d connect the right bud and the Left would auto pair)

I’ve no idea how this happened but I can’t for the life of me see how to fix it and I have searched.

This is not the standard ‘Left bud not working’ issue, which is easily fixed (I had that when I first got them).

Any ideas how I can get them synced back up?

In the factory, each bud and each case have no memory of the other and are uploaded with their pairings. So in the factory the buds are paired with each other and the case but not yet with a device (phone) so have to repeat both step.

So did you do this first

See the press-hold 10 seconds with buds in case open? This resets the buds to each other.

That will reset the case and each bud.

Then reset the buds again

I think you have to do both steps.
