SoundCore Liberty 2 Pro charging case not working properly

I’m experiencing some issues with my Liberty Pro 2 earbuds. I’ve bought them in February this year and for one and a half months they’ve been working just fine. After that I started to notice some weird behaviour, specifically with the right earbud. At first, the functions on the physical button stopped working (I have double-click for volume up, 1 second hold for the next track on the right side set up). The only thing happens when I press the button is the right 'bud just turns off. At the further glance I noticed that my right earbud is always at the low charge ( indicated by bud itself and displayed in the app) when I get it out of the case, even though the case itself indicates full or 2/3 charge. That is when my case is off the charge (not plugged via USB). When I plug the case the right earbud immediately shows full charge and is good to go! However even at full charge the physical button on the right side still doesn’t work. Notice, that my left earbud is completely fine all the time! Also, there was no water or other damage to the case or earbuds during my user experience. I’ve tried the reset and it didn’t work out, the issue is still there. So please help me out with this as it gets really annoying to use otherwise what seems to be a good product (and not a cheap one too!).

The lights on the case is just for the charge status of the case and NOT the earbuds. As for the low charge status of the right earbud, it will always use more power than the left when paired together because your phone connects to the right earbud as master and then it sends a signal to connect to the left earbud which then becomes the secondary or slave.
A good practice would be to clean the charging pins and contacts on the case and earbuds itself. When placing them into the case, give them a good push down and make sure the pins are making contact.

As for the button issue, you may have pressed down too hard and it got stuck or its defective. Have you tried programming the buttons for a different configuration?

When I was referring to the lights on the case I meant that if the case has a full charge or 2/3 charge, you can leave the earbuds in there and assume that in a few hours time you’ll get a full charge on them. That seems not to be the case here. Also, as I said earlier the right earbud doesn’t REALLY lose it’s battery life. As soon as I plug my case to the charging port via usb, the light on the earbud SUDDENLY changes from purple to white, that means it’s ready to go and then, in fact, it pairs and works! That happens EVEN if my case was fully charged before.
As for your contact-cleaning solution, I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work. Today I gave this one more go, but unfortunately the results were the same. I did’t try pushing my right earbud into the case as it is clear that it doesn’t seat there with any kind of loseness or doesn’t “stick” as well as the left item.
And now for the button. The item itself seems working as well as the left one. By ‘working’ I mean the physical push action. I’ve followed your suggestion and set button actions to default, that is double-click for the next track on the right and 1 sec hold for the voice control, but the result is the same here - as soon as I press the button (even if I don’t hold it), the right earbud IMMEDIATELY turns off.

Solved for me.the button on the box with pressing 10 seconds and then long press to button that not charging earbud can solve problem.
