Soundcore Liberty 2 earbuds

I’m not able to have both earbuds active at the same time. I have a Google Pixel 3a which is Bluetooth 5.0 so that’s not it.
I’m losing my mind trying to figure this out!!!

Do the buds work with another mp3-player from your phone or tablet?

How exactly are you trying to pair? Are you pairing both “Liberty 2” and “Liberty 2-L” at the same time?

Shouldn’t they automatically pair?
