I’ve been testing this product for about two weeks and it’s quite a rugged little box designed what it’s supposed to be. It stands up to any #spartanrace in water and mud. I’ve taken it in mud, rivers, and trail runs.
-Product exterior—size comparisons, weight, finish. It measures about the size of a hot dog in a bun. it weighs in at 13oz and has a durable feel.
-Using the product—ease of installation, performance. I use this with a Samsung galaxy edge 7. connected with no issues and has a nice range if I walk away. Maintained a charge for a full day of use and sound was perfect for the environment it was in.
-Ideal users— People that are into outdoor activities. (boating, hiking, swimming, fishing…)
Competitive comparisons. -The speakers I’ve used have not been this durable so doesn’t compare to anything else I’ve used.
Summary overall impressions. This product for outdoor use is flawless. I dropped it in the river and got it back. I dropped it in the mud and just rinsed it off. I used it in the sand with no issues. The only negative is I do trail running and it’s perfect for that except it weighs in at 13oz and is a bit heavy to carry. I would love for @anker to add some color buttons so you could see the volume and power button a bit easier. As for hiking and attaching it to a pack, it’s perfect. PEFECT for #SUP or kayak. It just straps on super easy.

Real question is Where are Soundcore Icon photos… Manamana
Nice review! You should post the photos on your post, not just the url to imgur, just as advice!
Thanks for your review!
Icon looks more it is stuck into the mud than floating
what’s the best way to upload?
You can upload directly to the community. You should see an upload button on the bottom right of the text box. You can edit them into the main post…

thanks. on the laptop a bit different. I think it worked.
The hastagging looks too bold, into the face after your post edit. My 2 cents
great review
I went ahead and fixed this. Just for future reference for others: this forum has some markdown support, so the first hashtag is seen as an H1 (header) tag.
If you want to type a hashtag, you can escape it with a backslash (\) first.

thank you for the tech help
Very well crafted review thanks for sharing.
The poor soundcore icon, every review is picture after picture of the abuse it suffered.
PS thanks for the review, I like that you highlighted some novel uses for the strap like setting it up in a canoe.
