Soundcore flare+ sound cutting out intermittently

Hi,
I’ve been using the soundcore flare+ for a few weeks now and have an issue with the sound randomly cutting out when listening to music. Cuts out for half a second or so and can happen quite frequently. I try power cycling the speaker and phone but the issue persists. I updated the firmware when I unboxed.
I’m running music via Bluetooth from my galaxy s9.

Any other users have this issue?

I would try to delete the bluetooth profile from your phone, clear your cache…you can google how to do it, and then try a fresh repairing. I had a similar issue with one of my flares and this process cleared it up for me.
