Hi,
I have just successfully update the firmware on my Flare+ only to be left with a red light on continually, and the unit will not boot up or respond to anything.
It was working perfectly up to the firmware upgrade and I am now at a loss as to what to do, I have re-installed the Utility on my PC, made fresh downloads of the firmware and successfully installed the firmware 3 times now but with the same result… a continuous red light that cannot be switched off.
I have emailed support and awaiting a reply, but was wondering if others have had the same problem?

Weekend, I am sure you will get an answer from the support pretty soon.
I have not seen anything on the soundcore community yet but if it is a new firmware issue, I figure some threads will be made soon enough.
