Soundcore boost not charging

My Soundcore boost will not charge, I purchased it last weekend from Amazon and it came partially charged. Used it until one LED started to flash then tried to charge using cable provided via an Anker PowerPort PD2
USB A charger end and USB C Soundcore end.
No LED’s lit on Soundboost but LED on PowerPort goes out when switched on suggesting that Soundcore is trying to take too much power. Any suggestions?

First try another charger and cable.
If that doesnt work contact the support.
