What happens is that when I update my Anker A3145 SoundCore Boost speaker, I finish the update process … And I press the +, - and “UP” buttons together as the video indicates and the power button starts blinking blue … . I connect it and everything is normal … But when I turn it off and turn on the button it only turns blue while it turns on and then it turns white, it connects to the cell phone but does not do anything, it does not ring or raise or lower the volume, a lot least play or pause the track … It just turns on and does nothing.
Only works in auxiliary mode
What could be causing my problem?

Try a reset of the speaker.
If this doesn’t work do the update again.

I already tried but that did not solve the problem

So have to contact the support.
But : Has this speaker an AUX-input?
You could try if its working by using a cable.

Yes, I tried it with the AUX cable and it works as if nothing … Volume up and down and everything but bluetooth does not work.

OK, I think you should contact the support.
I am sure there you will find a helping hand.

Not sure if the speaker can be downgraded?
I haven’t upgraded my Boost, don’t feel the need to upgrade a speaker, so not sure if the Soundcore site offers previous software versions to go back too.

Or maybe the upgrade was corrupt and you need to go through the upgrade process again?

Best is to contact the support.
May be there was a faulty upgrade around.
Often happens with “Windoofs” (sic)
So an update of the upgrade could! repair it, or even make the whole thing worse.
This happened sometimes in past.

Cuando compraste tu bocina? Habla con el equipo de apoyo, tal vez ellos te puedan ayudar. Suerte!

Well, I did try the update again by downloading the file again and such but the result has not changed. If I wanted to downgrade but I can’t find the necessary file for that … If you know where to find it and you could tell me, I would appreciate it a lot.

You might ask the support for that “downgrade”-file.
May be they can help.
