Soundcore boost firmware update failed?

Since few days I got issues with my speaker on both my computer on win 10 and my phone on android. The issue appeared the same day with both devices, so i figure it the problem is coming from the speaker ?

The issue was: The sound control is not working anymore. If i volume down the speaker, it dosent volume down on windows or on my smartphone as it was working before.

So. I know i got the last firmware version but i tried to update it anyway again to test the issue.

But, during the update, i got the error “failed update”.

So now, the speaker is not working anymore, it is still detected by windows by this name “Actions USB 2.0 (HS) WinUSB Device”.
The Anker updater still detect it too, but cant load the firmware as it consider as the wrong firmware for this device.

I used the
Anker software upgrad utility
and the firmware: A3145_SoundCore Boost V1.95-20171223.fw

So, is it completly dead or ?

Thanx for helping

Seems like it has a partial firmware / corrupted update. Have you tried pressing and holding the power button for 10 secs and then attempt the firmware update again?

You could also try step 3 of the firmware update in the manual here

If this still fails to resolve you would be best reaching out to service@soundcore.com for assistance under your warranty.

Yes, I still got the error
“error writing INITBPS
The firmware selected is incompatible with your device”

Do you think is it possible to “force” the update ?

As my warranty is off since fews months i dont have any others issue
