Soundcore 2 won't turn on

Hi everyone

I bought a Soundcore 2 about 4 months ago and have been really impressed with it…really great product.

However, I came to switch it on today and it won’t turn on :frowning: When I press the power button, the red light comes on for about 2 seconds and then goes off again. If I press and hold the power button (which I’ve tried for various lengths of time, right up to a couple of minutes) the red light goes on and off at seemingly random intervals…but always when I release the power button, the light just goes off and it doesn’t power on.

Any ideas? Or does this just need to be returned for a replacement?

Do you get the same behaviour when the Soundcore is connected to a power source and/or when it has had a full charge?
