I have had, and loved, my soundcore 2 for over a year now, and previously had no issues whatsoever, But last week it turned itself off when I was listening to it, so I assumed the battery may have died because it wouldn’t turn back on. I charged it overnight and turned it on and connected as usual, however, it turned itself off within seconds. The battery indication light is still blue, indicating it is charged, so I’m not sure what is happening?

There should be a mode to reset it by pressing 2 buttons.
(I dont know which ones regarding this model, sorry)
You should get help from other forumners or the support.
This is the first remedy I would try.
