Hi all, So I have just got a new Soundcore 2 and after charging for a while tried to turn it on, nothing. It has a perminant red light no matter if pluged into the charger or not. dosen’t seem to turn on/off. Any help would be appreciated. Would hate to have to send it back.

What kind of charger are you using? Like what are the specs of the output of it?
