SoundCore 2 - No Sound

I bought an Anker SoundCore 2 about a month ago and have not had any issues with it. This morning, as I was listening to music, the sound coming from the speaker stopped. My phone was still connected via Bluetooth but I could no longer hear the music. Turning the speaker off/on results in no sound. I have also tried hooking up a phone via the aux and that still resulted in no sound.

Please help.

Try a reset!
The “How to” could be found here I am sure.
As far I remember its pressing the power button for a few seconds.
Hard reset would be pressing the power and/or the Bassup/Bluetooth button.
But this differs from model to model.
If there is no success contact the support, because the speaker (2 month old) is under warranty.
