Hello there! I’ve just bought 2 soundcore 2. Amazon says theyre updated. The problem is that both of them have a little bit o latency when I try to play any video either on the mobile or on the pc, even wired with the jack (wich also produces a strange noise in the background, I tried different cables) What happens here? Is this latency common? I also tried to update the firmware, but the update program doesnt recognise the speaker(s) I tried everything in the manual, but the speaker a Freezes everytime y push "play Burton and “-”, anyway I cant find the firmware anywhere. Help pls!!
