Soundcode Liberty Air 2 -- Sound Issue

Hello, I don’t know if this is the right place to discuss this but basically I have had my Soundcore Liberty Air 2 earbuds for a couple months now and for some reason the right earbud has weird sound problems.

Basically it only produces sound when it’s deep in an ear and when it’s out, it doesn’t. This problem started only a couple days ago and I have tried repairing and reseting the earbuds without success. They do reset and pair with my phone but the actual sound won’t work unless the earbud is deep in an ear and, as you can expect, it’s pretty frustrating and annoying.

So if anyone has any type of fixes for this earbud problem, please help! Thank you!

Have you tried giving the earbuds a good cleaning with Hydrogen Peroxide? Dab some on a q-tip and push down onto the mesh screen inside the earbuds and clean it really good. Then let it dry for about 5 minutes and see how they sound then

I would clean them (ear wax).
But be careful what you are using.
Medicinal alcohol I would use.

@Chiquinho , Hydrogen peroxide is always best to use, it actually breaks down and dissolves earwax wheras alcohol does not and can also turn plastics a different color

Isnt that H2O2 for bleaching?
And there could be heavy reactions with metals?
May be its harmless when using a normal household mixture ( ca 3%)

Hmm that’s a weird issue. I hope you can fix them
